We charge an application fee of $50 per applicant, a deposit of $500, and an administration fee of $150. The application fee is non-refundable upon application, the deposit and admin fee are non-refundable upon approval.
Each applicant is screened for credit, income, rental, and criminal history. This property accepts many forms of income to qualify for a rental. This includes the local area Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. Please check with the local agency who issued your voucher for more details and to determine if it will cover the rent on the apartment you are interested in.

Typical lease terms are 3-13 months, but longer terms might be available.

Residents are responsible for heat, electricity, water, sewer, and trash. Costs are variable dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility service fee = $5.50 per month.
Heated underground garage parking is available starting at $180/month for the first space, $225/month for the second space, and $250/month for the third space. Motorcycle stalls are also available for $35/month. On-street metered parking is also available nearby for visitors.
While The Ellory does not offer EV charging in our underground garage, there are several free charging stations conveniently located near the community. You can explore our Neighborhood page to find the locations that are most convenient for you.

We offer an extensive list of services for residents, including package receiving, online rent payment, on-site maintenance, 24-hour emergency maintenance, professional on-site management and more.Â
Furnished apartments are not available, but Bigos Management is happy to point you in the right direction for local furniture options.
During office hours please call the rental office. After hours, residents should call the on-call maintenance team. The resident will need to be named on lease and have proper ID for verification purposes.
It generally takes 3–5 business days from application to approval.
Yes — you are required throughout the term of your lease to purchase and maintain a renters personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000.
While we only require personal liability insurance, we highly recommend you obtain coverage for your personal property as well.
