At The Ellory, we're proud to be home to so many of the people who keep Minneapolis moving, in healthcare, finance, education, and beyond. Our Preferred Employer Program is our way of recognizing employees of local Twin Cities organizations that power our communities.

Program Incentives

Qualified applicants who sign a lease at The Ellory will receive:

  • Administrative Lease Fee of $150, credited back after move-in
  • Application Fee of $50, credited back after move-in
